SCYMIH – 7 Chocolates You Meet in Heaven - pronounced “Skimmy” – Double Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding filling, chocolate butter cream crown filled with ganache, sprinkled with semisweet chips and topped with more chocolate!
CARROT CLASSIC - Moist cake features freshly grated carrots and chunky walnuts topped with our lightly sweetened Cream Cheese Frosting. We garnish with Walnuts and a Candy Carrot.
RED VELVET - Ultra-moist red velvet buttermilk cake with a hint of rich cocoa powder topped with our Cream Cheese Frosting and sprinkled with a few jimmies and finished with a red Chocolate Heart.
COOKIES N’ CREAM - features Double Chocolate Cake topped with vanilla Buttercream. Sprinkled with crushed oreo cookies and topped with a mini Oreo Sandwich Cookie.
PEANUT BUTTER PASSION - Rich Chocolate Cake coated with the perfect Peanut Butter Frosting. We drizzle it with Dark Chocolate Ganache, and Peanut Butter and finish it with some dark chocolate mini Chips.
Almond Joy – features Devils’ Food Cake cored and stuffed with coconut filling. We glaze in dark chocolate ganache, rim in flaked coconut and finish with an

Black Forest Delight – features Chocolate Cake, filled with Cherry
filling. Frosted in Whipped Cream, topped with shaved dark
chocolate and finished with a maraschino Cherry.
BlackOut! – features Chocolate Cake frosted with chocolate
pudding and rolled in crushed red velvet cake crumbs. We garnish
with a piped dark chocolate candy swirl. Not too sweet!
Brownie Walnut – features Devils’ Food Cake frosted in Chocolate Buttercream, rolled in crushed Walnuts and drizzled with Ganache.
Childhood Classic – features Chocolate Cake stuffed with vanilla buttercream. Cake is glazed in rich, dark chocolate ganache and then piped with vanilla buttercream.

Chocolate Raspberry Chambord – features Chocolate Cake, laced with Chambord Liquer, filled with seedless raspberry jam. Topped with our chocolate buttercream drizzled with ganache and garnished with cocoa powder and a fresh Raspberry.

Hazelnut – Chocolate Nutella– features Devils’ Food Cake, cored and filled with Nutella. We add a soft mound of Chocolate Hazelnut Buttercream Frosting and a few crushed Hazelnuts on top.
Hot Cocoa – features Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Buttercream, dusted with cocoa, rolled in mini marshmallows with a handpiped dark chocolate swirl.
Java Jolt – features Chocolate Cake frosted with rich Espresso infused Mocha Buttercream, garnished with Ganache and a Gilded Dark Chocolate Disk.
S’Mores – features Chocolate Cake, rimmed in Chocolate Buttercream, rolled in Graham Cracker Crumbs. We fill the center with Marshmallow Fluff and drizzle with Dark Chocolate Ganache. A Teddy Graham and some mini Marshmallows finish it off.
Snickers – features Chocolate Cake, cored and filled with layers of peanut butter, roasted peanuts, and sweet caramel. We Ice with a swirl of peanut butter buttercream frosting, drizzle with ganache and finish it with peanuts and a bite of a SNICKERS.
Apple Cheese Danish - Vanilla Cake, cored out and stuffed with cream cheese filling. We frost in a double ring of cream cheese frosting, finish with apple filling and top with glazed puff pastry
Apple Pie - Vanilla Cake, rimmed with Vanilla Buttercream and
rolled in Graham Crackers. Filled to the brim with Apple filling and
drizzled with Cinnamon Butter Glaze
Apple Crumb – Crisp – Kuchen - Vanilla Cake, cored, filled and
frosted with Apple Filling. We top it with a cinnamon brown sugar
crumb topper and dust with powdered sugar. Perfect as is or serve
warm ala mode!

Caramel Apple – Vanilla Cake, cored and stuffed with Apple filling, glazed in caramel, rimmed with chopped peanuts and finished with a decorative apple stick.
Champagne & Strawberries – features Vanilla Cake soaked with champagne, stuffed with strawberry filling, topped with vanilla buttercream,strawberry jam, jimmies and a fresh strawberry.

Dulce de Leche – “Sweet of Milk”– features Yellow Cake topped with a ring of our own Dulce de Leche Buttercream – a blend of milk caramel and vanilla buttercream. The center is filled with a generous squeeze of milk caramel.
FlufferNutter – features Yellow Cake topped with Peanut Butter Cream Frosting. Filled with Marshmallow Fluff, drizzled with Peanut Butter and topped with a mini NutterButter Sandwich Cookie.
Hot Fudge Sundae – features vanilla cake, cored and filled with chocolate fudge. We frost with a swirl of vanilla buttercream, a drizzle of dark chocolate ganache, some candy sprinkles and a maraschino on top!
Hot Toddy– features Vanilla Cake – laced with spiced rum and stuffed with lemon filling. We frost with vanilla buttercream and drizzle with cinnamon sugar glaze. Seen here with a vanilla wafer straw.
Lemon Crème – features Vanilla Cake, cored and filled with Vanilla Custard. Rimmed in Buttercream, and filled with Lemon. We decorate with Jimmies and a Lemon Candy.
Lemon Ice – features Vanilla Cake, stuffed with Lemon filling. We glaze it with a poured white icing infused with lemon, yellow jimmes and topped with a lemon candy wedge.
Mardi Gras King– features Vanilla Cake – veined with a cinnamon sugar glaze and frosted in a soft mound of tangy cream cheese frosting. Seen here with a trio of crystal sanding sugar in purple, yellow, and green and a fondant baby face. The Mardi Gras King!
Metropolitan – Raspberry or Lemon -Metropolitan – features Vanilla Cake with a ring of buttercream, rolled in coconut. Center is filled with your choice of Raspberry or Lemon filling and finished with matching fresh fruit or candy as available.
NY Egg Cream -Super moist vanilla cupcake filled with U-Bet chocolate syrup, ringed with real whipped cream with a touch of seltzer, drizzled with ganache and topped with a pizzelle wedge.
Orange Blossom aka Orange Crème – features Vanilla Cake – cored and filled with orange infused vanilla buttercream and piped in a classic swirl white chocolate ganache tinted and flavored orange that we whip to perfection. Topped with a fondant orange blossom. The flavor will remind you of an orange creamsicle!
Peach Melba – features Vanilla Cake rimmed with buttercream and stuffed to the brim with peach filling. Drizzled with Raspberry Sauce and garnished with a fresh raspberry and a peachy heart.
Peach Pie – features Vanilla Cake, rimmed with Vanilla Buttercream and rolled in Graham Crackers. Filled to the brim with Peach filling and drizzled with Cinnamon Butter Glaze topped with a Peach (fresh when in season)
Peaches & Cream – features Vanilla Cake stuffed with peach filling. We frost with vanilla buttercream blended with diced fruit. We sprinkle with sugar crystals and garnish with peaches (fresh when in season)
Peanut Butter & Jelly– features Vanilla Cake topped with Peanut Butter Buttercream, filled with Grape Jelly. Drizzled with Grape Jelly and Peanut Butter and topped with a NutterButter Mini Cookie.
Pina Colada – features Vanilla Cake frosted with Vanilla Buttercream, rolled in Coconut. Cake is filled with pineapple filling and garnished with chocolate tiki, candied pineapple and a cherry!
Strawberry Cheesecake – features Chocolate or Vanilla Cake, cored and filled with Tangy Cream Cheese Frosting. Rimmed with Cream Cheese and topped with homemade Strawberry Jam. We finish with a drizzle of Chocolate Ganache and a fresh slice of Strawberry.
Strawberry Crème – features Vanilla Cake, opened and filled with Vanilla Custard. Rimmed with Vanilla Buttercream, and rolled in Jimmies. We fill it with Strawberry Jam and top with diced fresh Strawberries.
Sugar Plum Fairies - features Vanilla Cake, ringed in vanilla buttercream , filled with red plum
jam and dressed with sugar crystals and a sugar plum candy.
Tiramisu Cupcake – features vanilla cake soaked in espresso and marsala wine. We add a soft mound of Marscapone/Cream Cheese frosting and finish with shaved chocolate.
Toasted Coconut & Caramel – features Vanilla Cake. We bury a nugget of caramel under vanilla buttercream and roll in toasted coconut and finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
White Chocolate Raspberry – features Vanilla Cake – stuffed with raspberry filling and frosted in a whipped white chocolate ganache. Garnished with a fresh Raspberry.
You’re Not in Boston Anymore – features Vanilla Cake, opened and filled with Vanilla Custard. We glaze it with rich dark Chocolate Ganache and pipe a sweetheart rose in buttercream.
Bailey’s Chocolate Stout – features Chocolate Stout Cupcake frosted in delicious Bailey’s Vanilla Buttercream infused with Bailey’s Coffee Creamer.
Baklava – a delicate walnut spice cake (can you smell the cinnamon?) is brushed with honey syrup and topped with a petite piece of our own baklava.
Banana Maple– features Banana Cake topped with Tangy Maple-infused Cream Cheese Frosting. Drizzled with real Maple Syrup and Dark Chocolate Ganache and topped with a Banana Chip.
Banana Split– features Banana Cake cored and stuffed with pineapple filling. A ring of vanilla buttercream features a strawberry filling center. We drizzle with ganache and finish with a piece of banana candy and a maraschino cherry.
Black Bottom – features Devils’ Food Cake with a Cream Cheesecake Filling baked in. We finish with a kiss of Cream Cheese Frosting.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – Vanilla cake is baked on top of cookie dough, we frost with a blended bag of chocolate and vanilla buttercreams and finish with mini chips.
Chocolate Pumpkin Spice– features Chocolate Pumpkin Cake cored, filled, and topped with a soft mound of cream cheese whipped cream frosting touched with cinnamon and cocoa and tinted orange floating on a ring of rich dark chocolate ganache.
Cranberry Jewel – features zesty orange cranberry cake with a soft mound of cream cheese frosting. We sprinkle with sugar crystals and finish with a glaceed cherry.
Funfetti– features a festive Vanilla Cake – we lace the batter with jimmies for a rainbow of colors in the cake. Topped with Vanilla Buttercream.
Gingerbread – Gingerbread Cake – soft mound of cream cheese frosting dusted with cinnamon and a chocolate gingerbread boy topper.
Hummingbird Cake – our take on a southern favorite, vanilla batter infused with coconut, pineapple and pecans bakes to a tasty treat kissed with cream cheese frosting and finished with a red fondant flower topper.
Italian Rainbow Cookie -Tricolored (pink, green, yellow) almond vanilla cake is cored and filled with delicious raspberry jam filling. We glaze the cake in ganache and top with a few sliced almonds.
Lavender Chamomile– features lavender infused Vanilla Cake with a soft mound of chamomile buttercream frosting. We finish with a few yellow jimmies and a small fondant flower.
Margarita– features Margarita Cake – flavored with Tequila and lime baked in. Cake is cored and stuffed with lime filling and piped with a generous swirl of lime infused cream cheese frosting. Topped with a sprinkle of sugar and a lime candy.
Pecan-Sweet Potato – features Pecan-Sweet Potato Cake topped with a soft mound of cream cheese whipped cream frosting touched with cinnamon and tinted orange. We stuff the frosting with a good squeeze of marshmallow fluff that has its top toasted to perfection.
Pistachio Cream – features Pistachio Cake, opened and filled with Pistachio Custard. Frosted in a soft mound of pistachio whipped topping and finished with Pistachios
Pumpkin Spice - Pumpkin Cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting dusted with cinnamon.
Root Beer Float - A soft, root beer-flavored cake, smothered with homemade root beer syrup, crowned with real whipped cream, drizzled with more root beer syrup and topped with a crispy cookie straw!
Shoofly– Shoofly Molasses cake, soaked with molasses and kissed with a little cream cheese frosting.
Strawberry Bliss – Strawberry cake is frosted with a swiss meringue buttercream flavored with bourbon-soaked vanilla bean. It truly melts in your mouth.
Walnut Caramel – Delicate walnut spice cake is topped with cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
